Efrat-Kowalsky Architects was founded in 1995 in Tel Aviv. The office conducts both architectural design and urban planning projects. It specializes in consulting and planning for museums and galleries, in the restoration and reorganization of existing buildings, museums and exhibition spaces and in exhibition design.
