Samuel Bickels Poland 1909-1975 Israel. 1928-1932 studied engineering and architecture at the Lvov Polytechnicum. 1933 immigrated to Israel. 1933-1937 worked as a draftsman for planning offices in Tel Aviv and Haifa, served as a planner at the Kibbutz Hameuhad’s Technical Department on Kibbutz Ein Harod. 1937-1951 was a member of Kibbutz Tel Yosef. 1947-1951 worked as a partner at the Hamehandes firm, Haifa. 1951-1975 was a member of Kibbutz Beit Hashita. Served as chief architect at the Kibbutz Hameuhad’s Planning Department, Tel Aviv. 1940-1975 planned dozens of kibbutzim, mostly between 1947 and 1951. 1948-1958 Dada Museum in Ein Harod. 1951-1968 Holocaust Museum on Kibbutz Lochamei Hagetaot. 1965-1969 Beit Miriam, an archeological museum on Kibbutz Palmachim.
