1936-1939 studied architecture at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
1945 graduated from the Technion following the end of WWII.
1949-1953 worked as a government planner.
1952 established an independent practice.

Zoning plan for Kiryat Ono and for the Kiron and Rimon neighborhoods of Kiryat Ono; plan for Kikar Hamedina, Tel Aviv (together with Aba Elhanani and Oskar Niemeyer). Beit Hachayal, Haifa. High-rise residential buildings in the Bavli neighborhood of Tel Aviv. Ganei Hapark neighborhood, Ashdod.

Zvi Toren. Czechoslovakia 1913-Israel
1931-1936 studied architecture at the Technical University in Brno, Czechoslovakia.
1939 was drafted into the Czech army, escaped to England and volunteered for the army of the exiled Czech government.
1949 immigrated to Israel, worked for Ze’ev Rechter.
1950 established an independent practice.
1987 retired.
